Quick answers.

The stuff everyone asks about dehydrated fruit.

How do I eat dehydrated fruit?

Straight from the pack works. You can also add it to yoghurt, oats or a salad, or mix it with nuts for a trail-mix style handful.

Is dehydrated fruit really a healthy snack?

It's real fruit with the water removed, so you still get the fruit's natural fibre in every bite. Drying does change a few things: some vitamin C is lost, and because the water is gone the natural sugar is more concentrated by weight. That's why a handful goes a long way.

Why is a pack so light compared with fresh fruit?

Fresh fruit is mostly water. Take the water out and what's left is smaller, lighter and much easier to carry.

Take fruit with you.

Four fruits. One simple idea. Make your next snack a little more interesting.
